PonG : gestion distribuée de carnet d’adresse via XML-RPC et OPML
PonG is a generic platform which utilizes opml to build xmlrpc services.Distributed Address Book List (DABL) (which runs ontop of PonG) allows you and your friends to keep up-to-date (contact) information of each another.
DABL-PonG package includes a DABL server and a DABL client. You keep your personal profile information on your DABL server and define which friends can access what information.
Your friends will use their PonG clients to communicate with your DABL server and keep their address book up-to-date.
PonG gives you one URL (DABL URL) which you can give to your friends to get your contact. You also able to control what information to give to whom.
PonG also generates FOAF from the info about you and also your contacts.
